Projekti “Turizmi i Përgjegjshëm dhe Zhvillimi Lokal në Qarkun e Vlorës” është pjesë e Iniciativës “Rezistenca Margjinale: Modeli i Ekonomisë Qarkulluese për Vlerësimin e Potencialeve Territoriale”, i financuar nga Agjencia Italiane për Bashkëpunim dhe Zhvillim dhe Rajoni i Pulias. Projekti ka për qëllim përforcimin e ndërmarrjeve sociale dhe promovimin e turizmit të qëndrueshëm si nxitës kryesor për zhvillimin ekonomik dhe social të rajonit.

Në kuadër të këtij projekti, organizata do të zhvillojë procedurën e prokurimit me vlerë të vogël me objekt: “Blerje Paisjesh Foto dhe Video”.

 

Kushtet për pjesëmarrje:

Të gjithë subjektet e interesuara duhet të dorëzojnë ofertën e tyre sikurse parashikohet në kushtet e përgjithshme dhe specifike të kësaj ftese deri më 31 Gusht 2024  në adresën e e-mailit: info@liburnetik.org.

• Ofertën financiare të për blerjen e produkteve më sipër duke përfshirë TVSH duke përdorur modulin e veçantë të organizatës që shoqërohet në Annex 1 të këtij dokumenti.
• Ekstrakt i QKB.

 

 

Vini re: Ofruesi i Shërbimit duhet të ofrojë Faturë Fiskale, të ligjshme sipas ligjislacionit në fuqi.

Të gjitha pagesat do të bëhen përmes llogarisë bankare të subjektit fitues. Nuk do të pranohet dhe do të skualifikohen automatikisht të gjitha subjektet që kërkojnë forma të pagesave me para në dorë.

Project “Responsible Tourism and Local Development in the Vlora Region” is part of the initiative “Marginal Resilience: Circular Economy Model for Leveraging Territorial Potentials,” funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and the Region of Puglia. The project aims to strengthen social enterprises and promote sustainable tourism as a key driver for the region’s economic and social development.

Deadline for submission:
Bids will be accepted until August 31, 2024, at 4:00 PM and must include the following supporting documents:

• Financial offer for the listed products, inclusive of VAT, using the organization’s specific module provided in Annex 1 of this document.
• Extract from the National Business Center (QKB).

Important Notes:

• The service provider must issue a valid fiscal invoice in compliance with applicable legislation.
• All payments will be made through the bank account of the winning bidder. Cash payments will not be accepted, and any bidders requesting cash payments will be disqualified.

The bidder offering the lowest price and meeting the technical specifications outlined in this invitation will be notified to sign the contract. If the proposed value exceeds the project’s budget for this item, the organization will contact the bidder to proceed with a negotiation phase.
