The project “Youth, critical thinking and debating culture” implemented by LIBURNETIK in cooperation with WorldVision, has reached its final stage.
Participants were from 13 schools, part of the Impact groups of WorldVision, which took part in two debate competitions, one for the middle schools and one for the high schools. At the end of these competitions, final debates took place, which announced the debate team winners.
Ne përfundim të këtyre kampionateve u zhvilluan dhe debatet e finaleve, duke përcaktuar edhe skuadrat debatuese fituese.
For the middle schools, the winner was the representative team of “Qemal Mici” school, which faced the representative team of “Selim Alliu” school in the finals.
For the high schools, the winner was the representative team of “At’ Shtjefën Gjecovi” school, which faced the representative team of “Elez Isuf Ndreu” school in the finals.
This project clearly testified the need and the desire that the Albanian youth have to improve their debating skills to increase their capacity of critical thinking, by aiming to put these in the service of their activism in a local level.
